Ponta do Raminho
After having passed the village of Raminho, stretching for about 3 km along the coastal road, the Ponta do Raminho with its steep coastline comes in sight. It has a famous Miradouro, a viewpoint at about 100 m above sea level that offers magnificent views over the northwest coast, with the blue and white of the ocean and the green and black of the patchwork-like pastureland dominating the landscapes. For everybody who prefers to be in close contact with nature, a nice, well-equipped camping site has recently been installed in this area.
